Purpose

GroovGiver enjoys creating songs and mixes that take the listener on an emotional journey. He wants to create curiosity, intrigue, and connection with the listener, so having a level of depth and dimension was important when creating the logo and brand identity for his brand.

I love the final results of my project. When you feel great about your brand, it ignites an energy within you to keep building and growing. For me, this means making more music and showing more people my creative side.

GroovGiver swag and album artwork

To ensure GroovGiver could grow his music brand, I created mockups of t-shirts and beanies for future production. I also created album artwork for his first EP and a photographic treatment for his GG Radio series where he makes hour long mixes to share his latest favorite music finds.

A Musical Logo in the Making

In creating GroovGiver’s music-inspired logo and branding, we explored various directions during the sketching phase. I played with concepts of movement, flow, depth, soul, growth, journey, creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. It was also crucial to embody the idea of “giving” from the brand’s name.
